Changda Construction Group's "staff shareholding Association" held the Fifth Congress to elect a new

By secret ballot, the Fifth Council of ESOP was elected, which was composed of 15 directors, including 5 directors of the headquarters (in order of surname strokes): Wang Zhongyi, Fu Lianqing, Zhang Wei, Jing Dezhi, mu Naijie; 10 grassroots units and related subsidiaries (in order of surname strokes): Yu Hongsheng, Wang Jianbo, Fu Guangwen, Liu Zhiwei, Du Chongbo, Yang Chengguo, zhangwanling, mengxianli, xiangyoupeng and huishoujiang. &At the first plenary session of the Fifth Council, comrade mu Naijie was elected president of the Fifth Council by secret ballot. At the same time, according to the nomination of the president of the board of directors, all the directors approved the appointment of Wang Zhongyi as the Secretary General of the Fifth Board of directors. &The fifth member congress was presided over by Comrade mu Naijie, chairman of the fourth council. &Before the Congress, the majority of the members of each unit of the group recommended the candidates for the Fifth Board of directors democratically. this year's shareholding Council election is carried out in the nineteen major spiritual processes of the party and under the guidance of Xi Jinping's socialism with China's characteristics and under the correct leadership of the Party committee. In particular, in the process of recommending candidates for the Council in the early stage, the Party committee of the group, in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise, carried out the examination of each candidate in line with the general requirements of "red and professional", with a correct political direction and a broad mass line. &Weifang Changda construction (Group) Co., Ltd. is an enterprise association founded by shareholders other than natural person shareholders during the restructuring of Changda construction group. The chairman of the board of directors shall attend the shareholders' meeting according to the equity of the shareholders' meeting.
