          At 9:16 Am of February 2nd, Beichuan People’s Hospital Ward Building constructed by the 4^th Branch Company of group corporation topped off smoothly. The roof-sealing ceremony was held solemnly and fervently on the site. Project of Ward building is A grade high-raise frame—shear wall structure with one storey underground and nine storeys on the ground. Patient building is multi frame structure with three storeys on the ground. The safety rank of the building is second grade, category for fortification against earthquake is the “key fortification one”. Tenure of use of structure design is 50 years, the seismic resistance grade of shear wall is first grade, seismic resistance grade of frame is second grade. The seismic resistance intensity is 8.
